Terms and Conditions of Membership

Members shall be bound during the continuance of membership by these Terms and Conditions including any amendments made in accordance with the details below.

  1. Membership Applications
    1. Applications for membership will be considered by Trophy Retailers Association who have the right to refuse applications.
    2. Application for membership is available via the Trophex Website or directly from the Hill Media Limited office.
    3. Applications for membership will only be considered once all relevant details are received.
    4. All information provided by you to us must be true and accurate at the point of applying. In the event of a change of circumstance such as change of job, change of contact details please notify Trophy Retailers Association by telephone, email or in writing so that our records are kept up to date.
  2. Membership Payments, Renewals and Cancellations
    1. Membership is fixed for a period of one calendar year starting on the day you join. Membership will be activated at point of approval of the application and in receipt of full payment.
    2. Membership will commence and you will have access to all package benefits and privileges from acceptance of your application and you will lose the right to cancel your membership.
    3. Renewals will be sent out prior to the annual renewal date.
    4. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS.
    5. Non-payment for renewals will result in your membership being cancelled.
    6. To cancel your membership you will need to notify us in writing or email, no refund of any remaining time will be given.
    7. Subscription fees will be subject to annual review.
  3. Privacy

    We take privacy very seriously. Your data will be held securely at the Hill Media Limited office and not shared with any third parties. Your data will be used to circulate by Hill Media Limited on behalf of the Trophy Retailers Association details of the online publications and any relevant exhibitions to the industry.
